The IZAKAYA FRIZZANTE has a pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Its bubbles are fine and light, clean and intense at smell. To the taste it is lightly fruity with apple and green fruit hints, a good structure and freshness.

FOOD PAIRING: The IZAKAYA FRIZZANTE is a pure delight as an aperitif or with appetizers or light courses. Try it with sushi, tempura, tofu or lightly grilled seafood. The residual sugar also makes it a great companion to moderately spicy heat.

Ripe grapes from the hillsides of Valdobbiadene in Northern Italy are fermented into this fresh white wine.

Prosecco DOC Spumante is the most famous and popular variety  of the three kinds of wine from this DOC and has a fine long-lasting perlage. The name is derived from that of the Italian village of Prosecco near Trieste, where the grape and wine originated.
Prosecco DOC is produced in nine provinces spanning the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions. Prosecco DOC Treviso can only be made in the Treviso province of Veneto on the hills between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (north of Treviso).


The IZAKAYA WHITE is of a fine citric colour. The wine is combining notes of fresh fruits to a fruity and young aroma. It is elegant and refreshing with a subtle sparkling, and a clean, dry finish.

FOOD PAIRING: IZAKAYA WHITE is truly a versatile wine, it pairs very well with most Asian foods like light sushi, nigiri and maki, shellfish, grilled seafood and tempura. It is considered to be one of the very best wines to drink with the Asian cuisine.

IZAKAYA ROSÉ wine has a light rose color with salmon tonalities. To the taste it is elegant and refreshing with notes of red fruits, integrating the fruitiness with a moderate acidity, giving a balanced finish.

iZAKAYA ROSÉ is  a versatile wine, as it pairs very well with many dishes. It is the perfect rosé wine to drink with the Asian cuisine, like fatty sushi, nigiri and maki, salmon, tuna and deep fried dishes. Its food-pairing versatility makes it a food-friendly option when eating a range of bite-sized foods, such as gyoza or dumplings.

The IZAKAYA RED wine is made from Merlot grapes, which give the wine its ruby colour. To the taste it is dense and full, with great elegance. It has a long and soft finish. It presents aromas with elegance and very rich notes of ripe red fruits well conjugated with vanilla and spices from the wood. Matured for 4 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak.

IZAKAYA RED is great with when pairing with Asian food, a generous cuisine which goes well with wines like this that are on the richer side, soft, with medium tannin, not too much acidity. This wine goes well with Japanese beef based yaki-niku, bulgogi or Korean and Vietnamese beef and chicken dishes.
